I’m not talking about the occasional treats you put in there. Sugary and refined treats are OK – because I know you don’t eat them all the time and still expect to lose weight, right? I’m talking about the ingredients that are staples in your diet – the ones you eat every single day. Here are the 3 important questions you must ask yourself about your weekly shopping cart:
