Cravings Suck !
Everyone gets cravings. Trust me – even the leanest and healthiest people I know crave the same foods you do, often on a constant basis. The thing is: They learned where their cravings come from, and how to deal with them. I hear you already: “But shouldn’t we be able to listen to our bodies and eat intuitively?” I wish.
